Please include the following information in your email
- Registered email address
- Registered mobile number
- Restaurant/Outlet name
After verifying ownership of the account, we will process the deletion request.
Data deleted
- User profile information
- Login credentials
- Associated restaurant account data where applicable
Data retained
Information required for legal, security, fraud prevention, accounting, or regulatory compliance purposes may be retained for a limited period as required by law.
Deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days.
